Ingredients

  • 250 ml water + 1 leveled scoop (approx. 7 g) MannaBrew powder
  • 125 ml almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
  • 2 g (1 tsp) ground cinnamon
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) maple syrup or honey (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg (for garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Brew MannaBrew: In a cup or cafetière, pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 leveled scoop of MannaBrew powder. Let it steep for 5 minutes, then strain through a fine sieve or press down the plunger.

  2. Warm the Milk: In a small saucepan, gently heat the almond milk over medium heat until warm (do not let it boil). Remove from heat.

  3. Flavour & Froth: Add the vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and maple syrup (or honey) to the warm milk. Whisk vigorously or use a milk frother until warm and foamy.

  4. Combine: Pour the freshly brewed MannaBrew into a mug, then slowly pour in the spiced milk mixture, holding back the foam with a spoon. Top with the remaining milk foam.

  5. Garnish: Dust lightly with additional cinnamon or a pinch of nutmeg. Serve immediately.

  6. TIP: For an extra velvety texture, swap almond milk for oat milk or barista-edition plant-based milk.

Put 1 level scoop of MannaBrew (8 grams) into the portafilter, spread grounds evenly, and extract 30ml espresso as normal. (Not recommended for bean to cup machines).

Fill basket halfway with MannaBrew, place on medium-high heat, and allow to percolate.

Use 1 level scoop of MannaBrew (8 grams) per 250ml cup of water. Stir through gently. Allow to brew for 4 minutes before plunging.
